Confesso que hoje sinto-me pensativa, preocupada e confusa. Logo pela manhã as piores notícias eram ouvidas no rádio. Nunca pensei que fosse possível e estou perplexa! Deixei de acreditar no bom senso de um povo e na humanidade. Pode parecer exagerado o que eu digo mas afinal o que é que está a fazer sentido?!

Eleger loucos, racistas e sexistas como presidentes. Bem isso não o faz, é verdade, mas aconteceu. Hoje estou apreensiva, muito mais receosa pelo futuro de todos nós.

Desculpem mas hoje não me sinto capaz.

I confess that today I feel thoughtful, concerned and confused. Early in the morning the worst news was heard on the radio. I never thought it was possible and I'm perplexed! I stopped believing in the common sense of a people and in humanity. It may seem exaggerated what I say but after all what is it that is making sense?!

Elect lunatics, racist and sexist as presidents. Well that doesn´t make it, is true, but it happened. Today I´m apprehensive, much more afraid for the future of us all.

Sorry but I do not feel capable today.
